Our Mission
The Mission of The Greater Miami South Florida Youth and Community Inc., a non-profit 501c3 organization, will provide a safe, healthy and positive environment to the youth and community of Greater Miami and South Florida, through educational activities, the arts and athletics. This will allow them to develop academically, socially, mentally, and physically, under the supervision of caring volunteers. These goals are reached through positive interactions, mentoring, and character building. The Greater Miami South Florida Youth and Community Inc. will equip the youth and community with all the tools necessary to achieve a successful future.

Football
Ages 4 to 15 years old will play in the Greater Miami South Florida Pop Warner Youth League.
All Star Dance & Cheer
Ages 8 to 18 years old. This is a traveling team where participants will learn the basics of dance, cheer, stunts, tumbling and pyramid building.
Track & Field
Ages 5 to 15 years old will participate In USA/AAU.
Martial Arts
Ages 5 to 17 years old & Adults. The program will teach multiple martial arts styles.
Basketball
Coming Soon! Age 8 to 15 years old. Teams will play in Miami-Dade Youth Basketball League.
Baseball
Coming Soon! Ages 6 to 14 years old. Teams will play in the Little League Baseball International League.
Soccer
Coming Soon! Ages 6 to 14 years old. Teams will play in the Miami -Dade Youth Soccer Association. Participants will be instructed on the fundamentals of soccer.
Golf
Coming Soon! In-conjunction with the Melresse Golf Course, participants will be exposed to the game of golf at a professional golf facility.
Baton Twirling Troupe
Coming Soon! Ages 8 to 15 years olds. The Baton Troupe will learn skills needed for all levels including up to high school and college.

Healthy Eating “Kids can Cook”
Age 10 to 15 years old members will be taught to commit to healthy eating habits by local Chefs and Nutritionist.
Video and Photography Club
Age 10 to 17 years old will learn to operate the latest camera and video equipment. The club will capture all activities of the Miami Youth Hurricanes, as well as conducting Interviews of participants and coaches.
Youth of Distinction Mentoring Program
Certified teachers and volunteers will instruct students in the areas of reading, business development, etiquette and crime prevention techniques.
Drumline core
Youth will learn basic and advanced drumming skills. And will perform at all Miami Youth Hurricane events.
